At The Jade Ring we aim to keep our customers happy. If you’re not 100% delighted with your purchase, you will be able to arrange a return.
Returns Process:
If customers wish to return an item, they should contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the order to request a return.
Items can be returned only if they are in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged) and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels and packaging
Please note: Items bought on sale are considered final sale and are non returnable and non exchangeable and not able to cancel.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.
All return shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Please note: returns sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Faulty or Incorrect Products:
